Hidden away in the basement of the VTS library is a historical and theological treasure. These 2700 year-old reliefs arrived at VTS in 1859. When they are appropriately illuminated, they are breathtaking. As one looks at them, with all their symbolism and biblical illumination, the ancient Scriptures become incarnate. Come to learn about the Assyrian reliefs, and begin to see our sacred Scriptures with different eyes.
